About the Opportunity
Search Solution Group is partnering with a global organization seeking a Rewards Specialist to support employee benefits programs and enhance the overall employee experience. This role will play a key part in delivering high-quality benefits support across the U.S. and Canada while collaborating with HR teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
The ideal candidate will have experience in benefits administration, compliance, and Total Rewards programs, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contribute to continuous process improvements.
About the Role
As a Rewards Specialist, you will provide Tier II support for employee benefits programs while helping maintain accurate, compliant, and efficient benefits processes. This position will partner closely with Rewards teams, HR partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to administer programs, resolve escalations, and support ongoing improvements.
This role provides exposure to regional and global benefits initiatives, HR projects, and opportunities to contribute to the evolution of employee programs within a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier II support by resolving complex employee benefits questions and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
- Administer and maintain employee benefits programs across the U.S. and Canada, including health, dental, life, disability, retirement, pension, and savings plans.
- Ensure benefits programs remain compliant with applicable federal, state, and provincial regulations.
- Partner with HR teams and Rewards stakeholders to support benefits delivery and related Total Rewards initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, including tracking performance, reviewing invoices, and ensuring service-level expectations are met.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and help enhance benefits administration workflows and resources.
- Support the implementation of employee programs, including wellness initiatives, flexible work programs, and employee assistance resources.
- Assist with broader HR projects and global program rollouts as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Benefits, Rewards, Total Rewards, or a related HR function.
- Hands-on experience administering employee benefits programs across the U.S. and Canada.
- Strong understanding of benefits compliance and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Paycom, or similar systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with various HR and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.

- Schedule: Fully onsite, Monday–Friday
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required based on business needs
