Warehouse Associate

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of warehouse experience required
• 3 year of previous logistics/distribution experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Fluent English
• OEM distribution experience, preference
• This position requires lifting and carrying up to 50 lb., driving, pulling, kneeling, reaching, standing, twisting, walking, climbing, pushing, squatting, hearing and exposure to variations in temperature and high noise. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Warehouse activities include picking and packing orders, sorting and put away of product, and use of pallet rider and/or forklift (plus).
• Performs daily operational tasks assigned by RDC management staff, maintaining a level of performance that meets or exceeds the requirements of the assigned department.
• Responsible for meeting and maintaining the required levels of performance (e.g., quality, productivity) within the assigned area.
