Position Overview

Prudential Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an assisted living assignment in Cloquet, MN. This opportunity offers a consistent three-day weekly schedule, competitive pay, and predictable hours.

The RN will support residents through routine assessments, ongoing nursing care, and day-to-day clinical responsibilities within the assisted living setting.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine resident assessments
• Provide day-to-day nursing care and clinical support
• Monitor residents and identify changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as appropriate
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation
• Communicate with residents, families, and facility staff
• Follow facility policies and applicable nursing standards
• Provide reliable coverage for the full assignment

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous assisted living, long-term care, or related nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Dependable and professional
• Ability to work the scheduled Wednesday–Friday shifts
