Janitorial Workers - Waste Management

LaborMAX is looking for a reliable Janitorial Worker for one of our clients, a waste management company, to help maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of their facility.

Location: Lakeland, FL 33801
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Start Time: 7:00 AM

Job Duties

• Clean and maintain the entire facility
• Clean bathrooms, break rooms, offices, common areas, and work areas
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Dust, wipe down, and sanitize surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
• Perform other general janitorial and cleaning duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable and dependable
• Able to perform physical cleaning duties throughout the workday
• Able to work independently and follow cleaning procedures
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
