Roofing Sales 10-50-50

This is a commission-only position with draw and our compensation reflects the effort to succeed. This is a field based position. No desk, no clocking in, if that's what you're looking for this is not for you.

If your driven and competitive this can be a high-income opportunity. You'll be generating leads through door knocking, networking, referrals, and building relationships in local neighborhoods.

What you'll be doing is inspecting roofs, and working with homeowners on their insurance claims. Generating and closing roofing contracts. You will also provide general oversight during installation. You'll serve as the primary point of contact between the homeowner and installation crew to help resolve questions or issues that arise and relay the information to the office as needed.

What we're offering is a 10-50-50 structure, with a draw on the commission with initial checks clearing. Commission will be paid upon finalization of the project and payment in full.  We will not play games with your money. Our payment structure is transparent.

We provide training on our process, and make it easy to get started. We'll work with you to find a locations that has high earning potential. We provide support with estimates and training on estimating processes, supplements, and project management. We offer the potential to grow and manage your own team if you're interested. Ideal candidates are former canvassers, outside sales representatives in roofing or solar, pest control, auto sales, any similar rolls rewarding high sales drive, and of course our military service members.
