Licensed Registered Nurse or BSN

Join a growing medical spa team where clinical excellence meets exceptional client care. Vishka med Spa is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN or BSN) to perform injectable treatments and support our providers in delivering safe, natural-looking results.

What You’ll Do
• Perform consultations to assess client goals, facial anatomy, and treatment candidacy
• Operate laser and energy-based devices (e.g., IPL, hair removal, skin resurfacing, RF microneedling) as trained/certified
• Administer IV therapy, vitamin injections, or weight-loss injections as offered by the practice
• Maintain accurate, detailed clinical charting and informed consent documentation
• Monitor clients for adverse reactions and manage complications per protocol
• Follow strict sanitation, safety, and infection-control standards
• Educate clients on treatments, aftercare, and skincare recommendations
• Support retention through client relationship-building and rebooking

What We’re Looking For

• Active, unencumbered RN license in VA (BSN preferred)
• Injectable/aesthetic nursing experience strongly preferred; training/mentorship available for the right candidate
• Certification in neurotoxins and dermal fillers a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Steady hands, strong attention to detail, and an artistic eye for facial aesthetics
• Excellent bedside manner and consultative communication skills
• Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a collaborative clinical team
• Current BLS/CPR certification
