Hybrid AEC Recruiter

We are seeking a Contract Recruiter with experience recruiting within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. This role will support high-volume and specialized hiring needs by sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates across technical and professional roles. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who understands the AEC talent market and can quickly identify and engage top talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
• Recruit for AEC-related positions including engineering, construction, architecture, project management, and related professional roles.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems, and networking strategies to build candidate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
• Conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications, and provide detailed candidate summaries.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate records, and provide regular pipeline updates.
