Join our team at a local fulfillment center in Breinigsville, PA! We are hiring reliable, hardworking individuals for Assembly Associate positions. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking 1st shift warehouse work and weekly pay. No experience necessary!
Pay:
- $18.50 per hour (weekly pay!)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
- 1st Shift 7AM - 3:30PM
- 2nd Shift 4PM - 12:30AM
- Possibility for overtime
Job Responsibilities
- Fold and assemble corrugated bins, racks, and cardboard boxes
- Perform light assembly and packaging tasks
- Move materials throughout the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Steel-toe boots are required
- PPE (high-visibility vest, safety glasses, and hard hat) will be provided and must be worn
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Your expertise will ensure the continuous operation of essential equipment, including HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen appliances. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. Duties
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and repair mechanical systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other kitchen equipment.
Operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or equipment deliveries as needed.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments or clients, providing effective solutions.
Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory for accountability and future reference.
Assist with the repair and servicing of mechanical systems including air conditioning units and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems.
Support the maintenance team in managing maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies to ensure readiness.
Lead or assist in training new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities.
Skills
Extensive experience in appliance repair and service technician roles with a strong understanding of HVAC & appliance technology.
Proficiency reading schematics and technical diagrams for complex mechanical or electrical systems.
Demonstrated ability to repair HVAC systems, refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, and kitchen appliances efficiently.
Mechanical knowledge with expertise in mechanical systems repair and equipment maintenance.
Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices within industrial or commercial settings.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients or team members regarding repairs or technical issues.
Ability to operate company vehicles safely while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols.
Leadership qualities that facilitate teamwork and mentorship within the maintenance department.
Knowledge of HVAC/R standards including air conditioning system repair techniques.
Familiarity with troubleshooting tools such as multimeters, pressure gauges, and diagnostic software related to HVAC & appliance technology.
