Responsibilities:

Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery
Source and specify materials, furnishings, fixtures, and finishes
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design standards are met
Manage project documentation, purchase orders, and change orders
File for all required permits

Requirements:

Degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in interior design and/or project coordination
Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
