Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Seasonal Shipping Verification Clerk for a full-time, 3-month contract. You will ensure order accuracy by counting outbound boxes and applying correct shipping labels. This fast-paced role is critical to meeting our peak season demands and ensuring customers receive the correct shipments.

- Rate of pay: $19.00 per hour
- Pay frequency: Weekly pay

- Duration: 3 months (Fixed-term)
- Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Count boxes against order packing slips.
- Verify quantities match the system data exactly.
- Apply shipping labels securely to box surfaces.
- Inspect packages for damage before final transit.
- Report discrepancies in box counts to supervisors.
- Scan barcodes to update tracking status systems.
- Meet daily targets for labeling and counting volume.
- Maintain neatness in the final staging area.
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent general education.
- Strong counting skills with high attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy for printing barcode labels.
- Physical stamina to stand for long shifts.
- Lifting ability up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Reliable attendance to complete the 3-month term.
- Speed and accuracy in fast-paced warehouse settings.
