Production Packaging Operator – START ASAP

• Location: Grand Prairie, TX 75050
• Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

1st shift: 5:00 am to 5:00 pm

2nd shift: 5:00 pm to 5:00 am

• The job location is in Grand Prairie, Texas 75050
• Temp to Perm.
• Position Type: Temp-to-Perm

"It's a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule. You'll work 2 days, have 2 days off, work 3 days, have 2 days off, work 2 days, then have 3 days off. You get every other weekend off. Day shift is 6 AM–6 PM and night shift is 6 PM–6 AM."

Schedule Explanation – Pitman 2-2-3

This position works a 12-hour, 2-2-3 rotating schedule. You will not work Monday through Friday every week. Your scheduled workdays rotate on a 14-day cycle:

2 days ON → 2 days OFF → 3 days ON → 2 days OFF → 2 days ON → 3 days OFF

This means you will work every other weekend, but you will also have a full Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off every other week. You will never work more than 3 consecutive day

Essential Responsibilities:

• Package finished products according to company standards
• Label, seal, and prepare items for shipment
• Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Operate packaging equipment and follow safety procedures
• Maintain production records and documentation
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, production, or packaging experience preferred
• Machine operating experience
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable wearing PPE and respirator for full shift
