We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team for a travel assignment. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapy services designed to improve functional abilities, increase independence, and enhance overall quality of life.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, coordination, strength, balance, upper extremity function, and overall functional performance
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical needs and rehabilitation goals
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, assistive equipment, home exercise programs, and safety strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Participate in care planning and discharge planning as appropriate
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care focused on restoring function and maximizing independence
- Adapt quickly to new facilities, teams, documentation systems, and patient populations
Requirements
- Required: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Required: Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of assignment or ability to obtain
- Previous clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
