Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday   8:00-5:00 PM
Pay Range: $33/hr - $43/hr
Location:  Omaha, NE

Customer Success/ Implementation Lead Job Duties and Requirements:

• Manage the full customer lifecycle from contract signature to live deployment, including workflow mapping and technical configuration.
• Run the ongoing relationship with each account, serve as their trusted day-to-day contact, and make sure they always feel taken care of.
• Take newly signed customers from our Account Executive with full context, and carry them through a smooth, confident start.
• Create and follow a clear project plan for every implementation from start to finish. Because we do not have this framework in place yet, you will help build our onboarding and implementation playbook as you go.
