Intuites Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Medford, Massachusetts. This opportunity is ideal for rehabilitation professionals who are passionate about helping patients restore mobility, improve functional independence, and achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
Position Highlights
Location: Medford, MA
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Day Shift)
Scheduled Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Pay Rate: $54/hour
Weekly Gross Pay: $1,944 (Including Stipend)
Weekly Stipend: $1,400
Overtime Available After 40 Hours
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and rehabilitation goals.
Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Previous rehabilitation or acute care experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.
