Facility: Stern – Regal Care at Holyoke
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Days
Scheduled Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Compensation
Weekly Pay: $2,160/week, including stipend
Pay Rate: $54/hour
Taxable Weekly: $746
Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,414/week
Taxable Rate: $18.65/hour
Non-Taxable Rate: $35.35/hour
Overtime: $64/hour after 40 hours
Pay Breakdown: $18.65 Taxable + $35.35 Non-Taxable = $54/hour
Requirements
Current and active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Recent Physical Therapy experience required.
Strong assessment and clinical skills.
Experience developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
Ability to work with patients across different functional and mobility levels.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Previous travel experience preferred.
