### Required Qualifications

✔ Active Washington Occupational Therapist License (or eligible to obtain)
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (AOTA Accredited Program)
✔ Outpatient Therapy Experience Preferred
✔ Hand Therapy Experience Preferred
✔ Splinting Experience Preferred
✔ BLS Certification (or obtain within 3 months)

### Responsibilities

🔹 Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
🔹 Provide occupational therapy services for outpatient populations
🔹 Treat patients with injuries, post-surgical conditions, and physical disabilities
🔹 Perform patient assessments, re-evaluations, and discharge planning
🔹 Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery goals
🔹 Complete EMR documentation and billing accurately
🔹 Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
