Position Overview

Seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide patient-centered therapy services in an inpatient setting. The OT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to support functional independence and improved patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
Evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations
Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions based on patient needs
Assist patients with improving mobility, activities of daily living, and independence
Monitor and document patient progress
Modify treatment plans as needed based on patient response
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Educate patients and families regarding therapy plans and home-care strategies
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Follow established clinical, safety, and professional standards
Demonstrate strong clinical performance and accountability
Requirements
✅ 3 Year experince as in Occupational Therapist
✅ Active Nebraska Occupational Therapist license
✅ BLS for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association (AHA)
✅ Ability to provide inpatient occupational therapy services
✅ Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills
✅ Excellent communication and documentation skills
✅ Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
✅ Must meet performance expectations throughout the assignment
