Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a dependable, regular babysitter for our three kids. We are a two mom family and want to have a regular babysitter for date nights and potentially someone who can stay overnight when we have out of town travel (usually long weekends). Our twin boys are about to turn 5 and our daughter is a very responsible 11-year-old. They love babysitters and are very social. They are all pretty active and creative so we would love someone who would have a laid back but active energy.
