Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a caring, dependable, and patient caretaker/support for my son (18) living in Long Beach, NY. He is a bright, capable, teenager who is working toward greater independence and learning to manage more responsibilities on his own. He does best with someone who is calm, consistent, respectful, and able to provide support without being overbearing. We are looking for someone who can become a trusted and positive presence in his life--someone who can encourage him, help him stay on track, and support him in developing practical life skills while allowing him to maintain as much independence as possible.
