Job Title: QA Lab Technician
Location: Miami, OK
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Summary of the Role:
The QA Lab Technician will support quality assurance operations in a blow mold plastics manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for performing quality checks, documenting results, and helping ensure finished products meet established specifications. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable using computers, and demonstrate a high level of integrity when reporting quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine quality inspections and testing on plastic products.
- Collect, record, and enter quality data accurately into computer systems.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet established specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and document defects or non-conforming products.
- Communicate quality concerns to production leads, supervisors, and other appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate and complete QA records and documentation.
- Follow established testing procedures and quality control guidelines.
- Work closely with production personnel to address quality concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional laboratory environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
- Perform additional quality assurance duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to understand and document quality results.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and reliability.
- High level of integrity when recording and reporting test results.
- Ability to communicate effectively with production and management teams.
- Previous quality assurance, laboratory, plastics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Compensation:
$20.00 per hour
