A well-established large personal injury law firm in North Dallas is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join its team. The Role

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of plaintiff personal injury litigation
• Manage case files, pleadings, discovery, medical records, and litigation deadlines
• Assist with trial preparation, hearings, depositions, and settlement preparation
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties
• Maintain accurate and organized case documentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience required
• Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures and deadlines
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively
• Strong attention to detail and a professional, team-oriented approach
