Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician & Plant Operations professional to join our team at Cummings Printing in Hooksett, NH. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and prioritization of maintenance work orders, including corrective and preventative maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong electrical and mechanical background, with familiarity in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as facility-related equipment, HVAC, chillers, and oxidizers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and prioritize maintenance work orders (corrective and preventative maintenance).
• Perform routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance on facility equipment, including HVAC, chillers, oxidizers, and other related systems.
• Collaborate with vendors for equipment maintenance, parts inventory, and service agreements.
• Maintain the company's car fleet, ensuring proper handling and scheduled maintenance.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for parts, PLCs, and other essential components.
• Ensure a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong electrical and mechanical background.
• General knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with facility-related equipment, HVAC, chillers, and oxidizers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
• On-call availability on weekends as needed
