Community Specialist | Puerto Rico | 40 Hours/Week | USD $17/hr

Are you passionate about technology and connecting with people? We're looking for an energetic Community Specialist to represent a world-renowned technology brand in local retail stores. You'll bring the brand to life through engaging customer interactions, strong in-store execution, and community outreach, helping drive awareness and sales while delivering an outstanding brand experience.

Responsibilities for a Community Specialist include but are not limited to: 

·       Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering strong relationships with both customers and retail partners.

·       Drive product awareness and sales by providing engaging demonstrations and expert product knowledge.

·       Deliver exceptional customer service and help customers understand how the technology can enrich their lives.

·       Collaborate with partner stores to maintain product displays, merchandising elements, and brand standards.

·       Conduct in-store training sessions for retail staff to ensure they are well-versed in product features and benefits.

·       Share timely feedback and insights from store visits with internal teams to enhance the customer journey.

·       Proactively identify opportunities to increase product visibility and customer engagement.

·       Ensure the proper care and maintenance of brand fixtures and product displays, escalating any issues for swift resolution.

Candidates for Community Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered: 

·       1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or retail role.

·       Bilingual in English and Spanish.

·       Strong passion for technology and eagerness to stay up-to-date on the latest innovations.

·       Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

·       Proven ability to educate, inspire, and influence both customers and retail partners.

·       Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast paced environment.

·       High level of integrity, trust, and accountability.

·       Background in direct sales or solution-based selling is a plus.

·       Experience in wireless retail sales or telecommunications.

·       Independent and Reliable Transportation.
