Couples Counsellor - In Person - Independent Contract

Root Nurture Grow Counselling offers counselling support to clients and we are looking for the right person to become a member of our team. Masters degree and registration with association or regulatory body is required.

This is an independent contract opportunity that has flexible hours and workspace. It is a supportive environment with persons who are passionate about what they do and enjoy the opportunity of collaboration and the support of like-minded people.

We are looking for someone who is available during the following times (you do not have to be available for all the hours).

Monday: anytime between 9am-9pm
Tuesday: anytime between 9am-1pm
Thursday: anytime between 9am-4pm
Friday: anytime between 9am-4pm
Sunday: anytime between 9am-4pm

This independent contract opportunity includes:

• Most overhead expenses (details will be shared with eligible candidates);
• Marketing and networking opportunities.
• A competitive compensation rate (details will be shared with eligible candidates during the exploration process).
• Flexible workspace options, in the office providing in person or online counselling or from your home providing online counselling (with the proper liability and insurance coverage).

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree specific to Counselling or Social Work, along with appropriate registration.
• Must have own insurance coverage (Professional and Liability).
• Must have up-to-date technology including laptop or computer with video conferencing capacity and fast internet connection for online counselling (should you plan on offering online services).
