✅ Must-Have Requirements
- 1 year recent Skilled OT experience
- Must have at least 1 year within the last 3 years
- Inpatient-only experience NOT accepted
- Home Health experience strongly preferred
- OASIS – REQUIRED
- HCHB – REQUIRED
- WA OT license OR Compact license – REQUIRED
- BLS/BCLS
- Able to perform 1:1 home health visits
- Own reliable transportation
