Order Entry Representative - $25/HR

*Now Hiring for an Order Entry Rep with a large and growing industrial company in Dayton, MN!!!*
*Description*
Answer 50-80 calls per day from customers inquiring about company products, shipping/order status, product questions, etc.
Communicate with customers via email, and internal company portal
Accurately document all customer interactions via CRM system
Review and process customer inquiries and customer returns
Process and respond to customer questions for deductions on returns, requirements, and other needs (repack fees, restock fees, held invoices, policy adjustments, and various other discrepancies)
Answer questions regarding returns policies, procedures, and research extenuating circumstances as necessary
*Qualifications*
2+ years of professional experience within a customer facing role (call center, dispatching, coordination, order entry, etc.)
Preferred:
ERP experience
*Shift*
Monday-Friday, 8:15am-5pm
*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, MN.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
