Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Mom has early dementia, is wheelchair bound. Dad is mobile. About the care needs: Mom is better engaged with friendly chatter. Their interests were boating, fishing, picnic/camping. Mom in wheelchair but can stand to transfer, needs help w/ personal care. Dad is still taking care of himself, & can "help" cook. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
