Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health

The Behavioral Health Unit (BHU) RN provides professional psychiatric nursing care to patients with behavioral and emotional disorders. The RN is responsible for patient assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, discharge coordination, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team while ensuring safe, compassionate, patient-centered care.

• Minimum 2 years of Behavioral Health/Psychiatric RN experience
• Experience with psychiatric patient assessment and care planning
• Experience working in an inpatient behavioral health setting
• Epic EMR experience required

• Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact RN License
• BLS

• Behavioral Health experience
• De-escalation techniques
• Strong communication and crisis intervention skills

• Night Shift: Saturday & Sunday (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
• 24 hours guaranteed per week
• Opportunity to pick up additional shifts
