Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter to lead hiring efforts for business and engineering talent in Colorado. This is a Long-term Contract opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement, offering the chance to partner with multiple teams and support specialized searches in a dynamic environment. The position focuses on building strong talent pipelines, advising hiring partners with market insight, and guiding candidates through each stage of the hiring process.

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for salaried business and engineering positions across a range of business functions.
• Identify and engage talent with relevant experience through proactive sourcing, screening, and relationship-building strategies.
• Create, maintain, and optimize job postings to attract candidates aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to align recruiting plans with workforce priorities.
• Support hard-to-fill and specialized engineering searches by applying targeted search techniques and market knowledge.
• Work closely with Human Resources to coordinate offer preparation, pre-employment steps, and onboarding activities.
• Use recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems, including Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter, to track activity and maintain organized hiring workflows.• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency-supported environment.
• Background recruiting for engineering, technical, or other specialized positions.
• Familiarity with manufacturing engineering organizations or similarly technical business settings.
• Proven ability to source talent for niche roles or positions in competitive or difficult-to-fill markets.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and talent sourcing platforms such as Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions using data and labor market insight.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that requires adaptability and sound judgment.
