Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic

Position: Radiologic Technologist – Diagnostic
Location: Salina, KS

Schedule: Full-time, primarily weekdays

Shift: Days, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Hours: 8 hours/day

Weekend: Rotating weekends and holidays

Pay: $30.11+/hour, based on education and experience

Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000, discussed during interview

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures for patients ranging from neonates to geriatric populations.
• Operate radiographic equipment and produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Work across multiple settings, including Radiology, Emergency Department, Operating Room, and bedside.
• Explain procedures and appropriately position patients.
• Select exposure factors according to established guidelines and clinical knowledge.
• Maintain excellent radiation safety practices.
• Assist radiologists as needed.
• Utilize various computer programs and healthcare information systems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Radiology leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program
• Registered or registry-eligible Radiologic Technologist
• Kansas Radiologic Technology license – Required
• ARRT certification or eligibility – Highly Preferred
• BLS/CPR – Highly Preferred
• BLS may be obtained through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, or completed within the first 90 days of employment.
