Rate: $25/hr
Duration: 6 month Contract or Longer

Description:
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract opportunity in Van Nuys, CA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Must have at least 2-4 years of related work experience Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience Entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for sales cycle (quotation, order entry, process shipping docs, invoicing, follow up with the customer, etc.) Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner; Maintain customer relations; Remedy customer issues; Communicate and coordinate with internal departments Act as backup for front desk (i.e., covering phones, greeting visitors); Cold call customers Work with customers to understand and anticipate future needs.

Accredited HSD/GED
WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
1st Shift
7AM-3:30PM PST
