Customer Service Advocate

Required Skills & Experience:

• Great Customer Service experience, specifically within the healthcare industry
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers 

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Life and Health License
• Healthcare advocate or specialist experience
• AHIP Training and Certificate

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide high-level customer support to participating members via phone
• Assist members with healthcare and benefit-related questions and concerns
• Educate members on available resources and healthcare options
• Investigate and resolve member issues while ensuring a positive experience
• Act as an advocate for members by guiding them through complex healthcare and benefits-related situations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure members receive timely and accurate support

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking compassionate and customer-focused Retiree Advocates to support one of our leading healthcare advocacy clients. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for members, assisting them with healthcare and benefit-related questions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Retiree Advocate, you'll work closely with retirees and benefit plan members over the phone to help navigate healthcare options, resolve concerns, and provide guidance on available benefits. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact through outstanding customer service.

Compensation: $44,720.00

Schedule: Onsite Monday-Friday in Mount Laurel, NJ (Hybrid schedule during non-busy season)
