General Labor

Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in canning processes, is seeking a General Labor to join their team. As a General Labor, you will be part of the production support team, assisting with canning line workflows and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Labor

Location: Framingham, MA

Pay Range: $20 per hour

Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm ( 8 to 12 hours a Week) Part-time Job

What's the Job?

• Assist with canning line workflow, including packing 24‑pack variety trays and stacking onto pallets
• Load trays onto conveyor belts and split into smaller packs as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs
• Support team members in daily production tasks and ensure timely completion of duties

What's Needed?

• Entry-level experience acceptable; manufacturing experience helpful
• Ability to perform repetitive but light movements and lift up to approximately 20 lbs
• Comfortable standing for full shifts and working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
• Willingness to adhere to dress code: long pants and T-shirt
