Join an established orthopedic group in a university community in Central Illinois as a fellowship-trained Total Joint/Adult Reconstructive Surgeon. This role offers the autonomy to shape a dedicated total joint practice with strong institutional support and long-term partnership potential.
Position Highlights- Dedicated Total Joint Surgeon role with autonomy to shape your practice
- Perform elective procedures of your choice and determine your approach to revisions
- Established referral base with 65% of local PCPs already within the network
- Flexible schedule with blocked OR time
- Shared call considered light
- Guaranteed 725,000 base salary plus RVU production incentives
- 1.5M+ total compensation potential
- Up to 300,000 annually in ASC ancillary income
- ASC partnership opportunity
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Total Joint / Adult Reconstructive Surgery required
- Open to 2026 and 2027 graduating residents/fellows
