Express Employment is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing manufacturing team!

????️ Equipment Experience Required

✅ Punch Press Programming
✅ Laser Cutter Programming
✅ Press Brake Programming

⏰ Available Shifts ???? 1st Shift

7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

???? 2nd Shift

1:00 PM - 9:30 PM

???? Responsibilities

???? Create and modify CNC programs for sheet metal fabrication equipment
???? Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
???? Optimize machine performance and production efficiency
???? Troubleshoot programming and production issues
???? Ensure quality standards are met
???? Work closely with production and engineering teams

???? Qualifications

✅ CNC Programming Experience Required
✅ Experience with Punch Presses, Laser Cutters, and Press Brakes
✅ Strong blueprint-reading skills
✅ Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes
✅ Attention to detail and commitment to quality
✅ Strong problem-solving abilities
