We are looking for a detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to support release of information activities for a healthcare team in Owensboro, Kentucky. This Long-term Contract position focuses on managing document request workflows, upholding privacy and compliance standards, and ensuring accurate billing for completed requests. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative judgment, can manage a steady daily workload, and communicates professionally with internal teams and external requestors.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate incoming release of information requests and move each case through completion with accuracy and urgency.
• Review documentation to ensure every request meets applicable regulatory and privacy requirements before records are released.
• Prepare and process invoices tied to fulfilled requests while maintaining organized supporting documentation.
• Track daily productivity and manage a consistent request volume within established turnaround expectations.
• Serve as a front-line administrative contact for request status updates, intake questions, and related follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records in designated systems and update request details to support reporting and audit readiness.
• Work closely with team members and operational partners to address backlogs, coverage needs, and shifting priorities.
• Escalate incomplete, unclear, or non-compliant submissions to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution.• Prior experience in front desk coordination, medical administration, records processing, or a similar support role.
• Working knowledge of release of information procedures and confidentiality requirements in a regulated environment.
• Experience with invoicing, administrative tracking, and maintaining accurate case documentation.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload while meeting daily productivity targets and service deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through when handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency with standard office systems and the ability to learn internal tools and request management platforms quickly.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff, requestors, and cross-functional teams.
