Desired Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid Michigan (MI) School Psychologist license
  • Experience working with K-12th grade students in school settings
  • Comfortable managing a varied caseload across multiple grade levels
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other support staff
  • Open to contract-based, full-time placement for the 2026-2027 academic year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
  • Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and families to support student development
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute insights for special education eligibility and services
  • Offer crisis intervention and deliver counseling services as needed
  • Facilitate workshops or training sessions for staff and families when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
