Job Description

·         Provide day-to-day leadership and strategic oversight of the Quality department

·         Directly manage one Quality Supervisor, Quality Leads, and Quality Technicians

·         Oversee and maintain daily quality programs including SQF, HACCP, GMP, and allergen control initiatives

·         Drive plant-level quality management systems and continuous improvement efforts

·         Develop and deliver quality training programs across the organization

·         Lead SQF audits and ensure full compliance with all regulatory and third-party agency requirements

Key Requirements 

·         BS in Science or related discipline required

·         2–3 years of progressive leadership experience in a food-controlled manufacturing environment

·         SQF Practitioner Certification preferred
