Shift & Compensation:

• 1st Shift- 6am-2pm- Mon-Friday- $ 18.00
• 2nd shift: 2pm=10pm - Mon- Friday- $ 18.50
• 3rd shift: 10pm= 6am- $ 19.00 

Location: On-site — Lowell, MI 

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Operators for our Manufacturing client to start 06/29/2026. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee CNC machines, lathes, and milling equipment
• Perform machine setups and adjustments to meet production specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and work instructions
• Use precision measuring tools to monitor product quality
• Inspect finished parts and identify defects or deviations from standards

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred
• Familiarity with CNC, lathe, or milling equipment
• Strong ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Dependable with a commitment to safety

Skills

• CNC machine operation and monitoring
• Micrometer and caliper reading
• Milling and lathe experience
• Blueprint reading and interpreting technical diagrams/work instructions
• Quality inspection, including defect identification
