Job Description
Join a rapidly growing production facility in Noblesville, IN as a Production Operator on 1st or 2nd shift. In this role, you operate a variety of equipment used in chemical refining and powder production, ensure product quality, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations in a dynamic environment that is scaling up to full mass-production.
Responsibilities- Operate furnaces to process and refine raw materials according to established procedures and safety standards.
- Run mixers and tanks used in the chemical refining process, ensuring proper settings, timing, and material handling.
- Operate filter press equipment to separate solids from liquids and maintain optimal performance of the filtration process.
- Remove impurities using screening and filtration equipment to ensure materials meet required purity levels.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process and verify that finished powder meets all specifications.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment and safe operation of machinery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, supporting good manufacturing practices and efficient workflow.
- Support general production activities such as machine operation, packaging, and inspection as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and resolve issues that arise during operations.
- Adapt to changing shift schedules as the facility transitions to 6:00AM–6:00PM or 6:00PM–6:00AM (2-2-3 rotation) when full production is reached.
- Experience in general production or manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated reliability and strong job tenure, showing commitment and consistency in previous roles.
- Willingness to learn new processes, equipment, and procedures and apply feedback to improve performance.
- Ability to perform general labor tasks, including machine operation, packaging, and inspection.
- Comfort operating production machinery such as mixers, tanks, furnaces, and filtration equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to monitor product quality to ensure finished powder meets specifications.
- Capability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhere to established safety protocols.
- Strong team player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers.
- Detail-oriented approach to documentation, process adherence, and cleanliness in the work area.
- Prior chemical manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Prior pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and schedules in a growing production environment.
- Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as the facility scales.
- Desire for long-term growth within a production environment, both in position and compensation.

Work EnvironmentYou work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility that is undergoing a major revamp as it progresses through four phases of growth, leading to expanded capacity and evolving processes. The environment is centered around production equipment such as furnaces, mixers, tanks, filter presses, and screening and filtration systems. Initially, shifts run from 6:00AM to 2:00PM (1st shift) and 2:00PM to 10:00PM (2nd shift), with multiple openings on each. As the facility reaches full production, shifts transition to 6:00AM–6:00PM or 6:00PM–6:00AM on a 2-2-3 rotation, so comfort with changing schedules is important. The setting emphasizes safety, cleanliness, adherence to GMP, and collaborative teamwork in a busy, hands-on production environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
