Cardiac Electrophysiologist - Near Louisville, Kentucky

You'll step into an established EP service with immediate patient demand and strong system support. This is a full-time Electrophysiology position with an employed cardiology group model. Practice Overview

• Group Structure: Work with 12 cardiologists and 12 cardiac APPs.
• Facilities: 4-lab Cath/EP suite with 1 lab dedicated specifically to EP.
• Procedural Scope: Mix includes EP studies, ablations, and device implants.
• Call Coverage: EP-only call responsibilities with no non-invasive cardiology call.
• Clinic: 2.0-2.5 days per week at the on-campus outpatient clinic.
• Procedures: 2.0-2.5 days per week with dedicated lab days.
• Academic/Teaching: Optional teaching opportunities available through a Family Medicine Residency program.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary: 700,000 annually & immediate wRVU productivity bonus potential
• Sign-on bonus: 100,000; student loan forgiveness and residency/fellowship stipends available
• Benefits include malpractice with tail, multiple retirement plans (including 457b), 6 weeks (30 days) PTO, and 6,000 CME annually

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology
• Open to 2027 fellows, in-practice physicians, and seasoned EP physicians (including prior interventional/non-invasive cardiologists now practicing general EP)
