Manchester, NH | Full-Time | $250,000-$285,000/year
We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a brand-new Advanced Primary Care location in Manchester, New Hampshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a founding physician at a new practice combining modern primary care with the resources and accessibility of an established urgent care organization. The practice is designed around patient-centered care, smaller panels, longer visits, team-based medicine, and reduced administrative burden.
Compensation & Schedule
- $250,000-$285,000 annual compensation
- Full-time position
- Typical schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts
- 5 x 8-hour shifts also available
- Approximately 30-32 patient-facing hours per week
- Approximately 8-10 hours of administrative time per week
- No provider on-call requirement
- Administrative schedule and regular day off determined collaboratively with the Practice Manager
- Some flexibility regarding where administrative work is completed based on provider preference and established trust
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across all age groups
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with patients
- Build and manage an individual patient panel, typically capped around 1,250 patients
- Provide preventive care and routine primary care services
- Perform women's health examinations and appropriate primary care procedures
- Utilize onsite laboratory and point-of-care resources
- Coordinate referrals and ongoing patient care
- Participate in population health and care-management initiatives
- Complete clinical documentation and administrative responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians, APCs, medical assistants, nurses, and other clinical team members
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to colleagues when appropriate
- Promote high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- 3-5+ years of clinical experience
- Strong outpatient primary care or ambulatory care experience
- Active, unrestricted DEA license
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- CPR, ACLS, and online-only certifications are not accepted
- Experience managing acute and chronic conditions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
