• Oversee recruiting and onboarding efforts across hourly, technical, specialized, management, and leadership positions to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Partner with business leaders to analyze workforce trends, improve retention, and recommend actions based on turnover, attendance, staffing, and recruiting data.
• Manage employee relations matters by providing guidance on conduct, attendance, corrective action, conflict resolution, and complex employment decisions.
• Conduct and oversee workplace investigations involving complaints, policy concerns, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other sensitive issues with consistency and discretion.
• Maintain and update HR policies, handbooks, job descriptions, and employment practices while promoting consistent application across the organization.

• Experience managing workplace investigations and handling sensitive employee issues with sound judgment and confidentiality.

• Ability to interpret HR metrics and use data to support staffing, retention, and operational decisions.

• Track record of developing HR policies, improving processes, and ensuring consistent policy application.

• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
