Job Description

·         Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize supply chain performance and cost efficiency

·         Negotiate vendor and supplier contracts focused on performance metrics and competitive pricing

·         Establish and refine supply chain processes and procedures to support both immediate plant restart and long-term operational goals

·         Oversee procurement of raw materials, MRO supplies, equipment, and services across the organization

·         Build and lead a growing team currently consisting of 3 direct reports, expanding to 7 (including Warehouse Manager, 2 Warehouse Attendants, 2 MRO Buyers, and a Commodity Manager)

Key Requirements

·         Demonstrated experience purchasing raw materials including aluminum, iron, zinc, and magnesium or similar precious metals

·         Strong vendor relations skills with proven ability to negotiate prices and contracts on aluminum and precious metals

·         Experience managing electricity procurement and energy contracts
