What’s a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

Following established processes and systems to ensure customer care standards are exceeded during every customer interaction.
Handling incoming customer calls, responding to questions, entering orders, and processing requests efficiently and courteously.
Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
Demonstrating product knowledge and communicating promotions and services.
Providing one-call resolutions and thorough documentation of customer concerns.
Collaborating with supervisors, managers, and team members to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
Participating in regular team meetings and ongoing training.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have previous experience in a customer service or call center environment (preferred).
Can maintain professionalism, empathy, and positivity in all customer interactions (must have).
Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Are detail-oriented with the ability to efficiently process customer orders and document interactions.
Collaborate effectively with other departments and team members.
Are available to work onsite from 8:15am to 4:45pm, Monday through Friday.
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Can comply with the attendance policy and deliver on quality assurance metrics.
