Senior Caregiver

About who needs care: I just moved here from New York and I need assistance getting to and from my dialysis appointment. I'm able to walk but have a liquid in lung situation that causes me to loose my breath quickly making small and Normal tasks difficult. About the care needs: I'm looking for someone who may already posses a wheelchair that can take me to my appointment, wheel me in and then pick me up and wheel me out and take me home. Services needed include: transportation, and mobility assistance.
