Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for someone to help with my three at-home children during school drop-off/pick-up hours: 7:00 to 8:30 a.m. 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, every other week The children are 2, 12, and 13 years old. My 13-year-old has terminal brain cancer and is currently bedridden. This is more than a typical babysitting position. The right person needs to be comfortable caring for a medically complex child and familiar with medical equipment, including things such as a feeding tube. You must be comfortable following care instructions, assisting with transfers/mobility, and recognizing when something needs attention. My 2-year-old will need standard toddler care.
