Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a nanny for one child, 4 months old, in Jacksonville, NC. I work from home and need reliable support so I can schedule phone calls, meetings, and focused work time throughout the day. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can help for about 4 hours a day, Monday through Friday, with all care taking place in our home. We are flexible on the exact timing of those 4 hours, though we prefer a morning to afternoon timeframe. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets.
