We focus on quality over quantity, paying attention to the details that others overlook because we believe great buildings should stand the test of time.What You'll DoDevelop architectural concepts and design solutions for new construction, renovations, adaptive reuse, and tenant improvement projects.Prepare construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and specifications.Create 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials to support project planning and presentations.Coordinate with consulting engineers, contractors, code officials, and other project stakeholders throughout design and construction.Collaborate closely with our Development, Construction, Leasing, and Property Management teams to deliver successful projects.Conduct site visits during design and construction to review existing conditions, monitor progress, and resolve field issues.Support permitting, code review, construction administration, RFIs, and submittals.Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, accuracy, and project schedules.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's Degree in Architecture3-7 years of architectural design experienceProficiency in RevitWorking knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and applicable building codesStrong verbal, written, and visual communication skillsExcellent organizational and project management skillsValid driver's license with the ability to travel locally to project sitesPreferredMaster's Degree in ArchitectureExperience with commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or adaptive reuse projectsExperience managing projects from schematic design through construction administrationArchitectural licensure is welcomed but not required.
