About the Role:
Join Elite Home Care Solutions as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate care all over Maryland and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs and health status of clients.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Administer prescribed medications and ensure compliance with care plans.
• Assist with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Maryland.
• Previous experience in home care or healthcare setting preferred.(1year)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Flexible schedule to meet client needs, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
